You can save your work and open it afterwards by saving the actual  cube view in a file called a View with an extension .oxv. Saving the view creates two new files. The file .oxv contains cube information, its data, options and format.

The view files can be copied freely between users. You just have to remember that if local cubes are opened, the cube directory is kept in the file, so it's important that the user have access to the same directory as the original user.
