The toolbar is an easy way to access all the application functionality:
and it has the following buttons:
Open: open an existing cube. It is not shown in the application, but can be
accessed from the menu line.
Save: saves the view of the actual cube.
Add page to portfolio: adds the current view to the portfolio.
Edit portfolio: modifies the current portfolio.

Play portfolio: shows current portfolio.
First portfolio page: when playing the portfolio, it shows the first page.
Previous portfolio page: when playing the portfolio, it returns top the previous page.
Next portfolio page: when playing the portfolio, it advances to the next page.
Last portfolio page: when playing the portfolio, it goes to the last page.
or
Write data to cube: writes the data values changed back to the cube, this only works when this button is green.
Refreshes cube data: It refreshes a local cube data with new source values (May take a while to run).
or
Timer to Refresh cube content : Sets a timer to refresh cube data content with new source data.
First view: jumps to the first cube screen.
Previous view: returns to your last cube screen.
Next view: advances to the next cube screen.
Last view: jumps to the last cube screen.
Page setup : shows the page setup dialog.
Print preview: shows the print preview of the actual cube.
Print: prints the view of the actual cube.
Export: exports the view of the actual cube to HTML or RTF format.
Copy: sends the cube view data to the clipboard and makes it available to other applications.
Paste: paste data to a write enabled cube.
Direct MDX: shows the MDX instruction that generates the cube data..
Show elements: Shows a window so the user
chooses which element will be shown in the cube's view.
Rotate Chart : rotates the chart around its own axis.
Swap XY axis: rotates the cube view around its XY axis. The vertical dimension becomes horizontal and
vice versa.
Layout : changes the cube layout. This options is used to make several rotations rapidly.
Cube Options: applies options that modify the way cube data is displayed.
Dimension options: changes the dimension options about how it is shown. For example, pareto, filters, etc...
Display options: Applies format to the actual view (fonts, colors, etc...).
Preferences: Display the global preferences dialog.
About: Shows the application About box.
