View preview

This option takes the cube view contents and puts it in a 'preview' screen, showing the cube title, heading data and current chart in a ready for 'print' window. See the topic  page setup if you wish to obtain information about how to change the printing options. 

In newer versions, only the displayed cube values are brought from the database, so you will be asked:

Choose from: 

• Print only the current screen: Only data shown in the control screen is printed.
• Print all the cells in the query: All data from the cube query is brought to the control and printed. (It may take a while).

Below is shown a print preview screen:

In this window you can use the print preview toolbar to browse through the report pages, zoom the preview, print the preview or you can:

• Press Control key and left mouse button to zoom in the view,
• Press Control key and right mouse button to zoom out the view,
• Press Shift key and left or right mouse buttons to browse through the report pages,
• Press the Copy to copy the actual page to the clipboard
• or press the OK button to exit the page preview window.
