Display preferences

This section of the preferences dialog let's you specify the program display options.

  • Empty cells
    • Hide horizontal empty cells: If no cell in a row have value, it will not be shown on the query output, unless you uncheck this box.
    • Hide vertical empty cells: If no cell in a column have value, it will not be shown on the query output, unless you uncheck this box..
  • Formulas in dimension list
    • Show list formulas before data: When choosing a list of values from a dimension in the Dimension options dialog and list formulas, you can choose weather to display them before or after the data.
    • Hide list formulas in chart: You can choose weather to display the formulas mentioned above in the chart or not.
  • How to print invalid numbers : When the cube query returns an invalid number, you can choose to print a custom value.
    • Use database default values: Check this box if you want to display the raw database values.
      It will show values like above.
    • Display text: If you don't want to show the raw database values, choose the error value you would like to display. You can use "---" to display the raw database value.

Use the dialog buttons to:

  • Save: If you press this button, all current values will be save as default.
  • OK: Closes this dialog continuing to work with the current preferences.
  • Cancel: Closes this dialog, but the dialog settings are not kept.
