View files saved by the program have extension .oxv. Inside the file is kept all the cube view information that existed when the view was created. It gets saved: the cube where the data resides or connection info to the database, instructions to bring all data to screen and the cube format.

These views can reside in a local PC, corporate networks or web servers, as long as the user have access to the cube as when the view was created. See section Save view..., for information about how to create these files.
