Dimension Properties

With MS Analysis services is possible to store in a dimension member attributes defined by the cube creator or administrator. Each dimension level can have it's own unique attributes. The application can display them together with the dimension member name.

We use the OlapX%Name attribute as a special name to refer to the dimension member name. Just choose the dimension level desired to display its attributes, choose all you want to display, use the First, Up, Down and Last buttons to move the attributes order it will display these attributes:
