This options copy the cube view data to the Windows clipboard and makes it ready for other applications. Afterward you can paste the data in other applications like MS Excel as shown below.

In newer versions, only the displayed cube values are brought from the database, so you will be asked:

Choose from: 

• Copy only the current screen: Only data shown in the control screen is copied.
• Copy all the cells in the query: All data from the cube query is brought to the control and copied. (It may take a while).

You can paste from excel data directly into write enable cubes, and your data will be recalculated and refreshed automatically. Afterwards you can save your data permanently. See Commit cube for more information.
