View your SQL query data.
When you press the View
data button
in section Optional modification
of generated SQL
or Modify
SQL
dialog, it appears this dialog that shows your database query data.
Note: The field marked as # is the record
number in the query and it is not part of the query itself.
You can click on any of the list's
headings to order by this fields values. Click on the # field to restore
the original value order. If you press the CITY heading,
you
will
obtain:
You can use any of the following
options:

Number
of
records that the query will bring: For faster query response, you can limit the
records brought from the database, to the number of records
that appear here. You can add or subtract this number according to your needs.

Query : Use this button to refresh
your query's data. Use it if you modify the number of records that you
want to see. Note
: If you clic in the list's headings to reorder
your query, only the records in the query will be ordered and not all database
records.

Save : This button let's you save your
database query in a comma separated value file (CSV).

OK : Press this button to exit
this dialog. |
